A woman’s 16 year old son was arrested and has been held for months without due process, because of the patriot act. Remember when the “Patriot Act” was being passed and people who suggested things like this might happen were mocked?

E: The youth in question, Ashton Lundeby, was held for 22 months, then released on “time served”.
