There are biological variations between able bodied capabilities too- people are born with varying capabilities in their extremities all the time. I don’t see the difference in a disabled person calling transabled people, “mentally ill people who try to appropriate my constant struggle and suffering,” and saying that “they need therapy, not the same rights as me” and a woman saying the same thing about transwomen. Second wave feminists used that argument verbatim- that transgendered individuals were mentall ill and needed therapy, not rights.
